Case of patient with lower limb cellulitis

CHEIF COMPLIANT: A 42 year old male  who is farmer by occupation came with the chief complaint of yellowish discoloration of sclera and urine since 1week  HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: patient was apparently asymptomatic 5 years back,then had similar complaint in the past and was ob for alcoholic abstinence.patient had a complaint of vomitings and loose stools 6to 7times a day  7days back. CHEIF COMPLIANT: a 36 old year man  who is lecturer by profession came with a cheif complaint of pain in the lower rib since 10 days and vomiting since 5days. HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: He has pain in the left lower rib region, uncontrolled sugars, diabetic ulceration in the left greater toe.  he has complaint of vomitings 1week back which are non projectile,non bilious.
